Pilau

Ingredients: White rice, Beef with bone, Beef stock, Vegetable oil, Onions, Garlic cloves, Pilau masala, Cardamom pow der, Ginger, and Salt.

Steps:
  1. Prepare all ingridients together
  2. Fry the onions until golden brown
  3. Add garlic and ginger and fry
  4. Add the pilau masala and cook until the house smells like it
  5. Add the pre-boiled beef and fry until golden brown
  6. Add potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, but don't cook them all the way through
Chicken nuggets

Ingredients: Chicken(either chicken breast or thigh pieces or ground chicken), breadcrumbs, eggs, flour, salt, pepper and other seasoning like garlic powder.

Steps:
  1. Stir together flour, garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl
  2. Dip chicken pieces into beaten eggs, then press each piece into flour mixture to coat well; shake off excess flour
  3. After dipping, coat with the bread crumb mixture
  4. Place coated chicken pieces onto a plate
  5. Working in batches, fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and no longer pink in the cente
Spaghetti and minced meat

Ingredients: Spaghetti,Ground meat,tomato and tomato paste,onion,garlic and spices of choice


Steps:
  1. In hot boiling water put the spaghetti along with some salt and oil.
  2. Boil and prepare Minced Meat until it is no longer pink before eating.
  3. Now add the curry leaves then the mixed spices,and stir well.
  4. Decorate with tomatoes
Tacos

Ingredients: beef or chicken or pork or fish and shellfish as well as vegetables such as lettuce, tomatoes,salt, spices paprika and chili

Steps:
  1. Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain
  2. Stir salsa into beef.
  3. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat to medium-low
  4. Heat taco shells as directed on package.
  5. Serve taco shells with beef mixture, lettuce, tomato and cheese
Burger

Ingredients: Slices of raw onion, lettuce, bacon, mayonnaise,buns, eggs.


Steps:
  1. Tip 500g beef mince into a bowl with 1 small diced onion and 1 egg, then mix
  2. Divide the mixture into four
  3. Set in the palm of your hand and gently squeeze down to flatten into patties about 3cm thick
  4. Put on a plate, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge to firm up for at least 30 mins.
Samosas

1 cup of flour,Pure Vegetable Oil,Enough water, boiled potatoes(crumbled),grated ginger,spices of choice


Steps:
  1. Divide the dough into eight equal portions
  2. Roll in each round into chapattis
  3. Cut each chapatti into two halves.
  4. Stuff and fold the samosas.
  5. Repeat with the remaining chapattis and filling
  6. Fry the samosas.
Scotch eggs

Ingredients: Eggs, oil, sausage,bread crumbs,flour


Steps:
  1. Stir salsa into beef.
  2. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat to medium-low
  3. Heat taco shells as directed on package.
  4. Serve taco shells with beef mixture, lettuce, tomato and cheese
Pancakes

Ingredients: flour,sugar,baking powder,salt,milk,oil,egg.


Steps:
  1. Sift the dry ingredients together
  2. Make a well, then add the wet ingredients. Stir to combine
  3. Scoop the batter onto a hot griddle or pan
  4. Cook for two to three minutes, then flip
  5. Continue cooking until brown on both sides.
Kebab

ingredients: beef,pepper,onions,salt,beef seasoning,coriander powder.

Steps:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the onions, garlic, ginger and curry powder.
  2. Toss for 1 minute until the onions soften.
  3. In a bowl, mix together minced meat, softened onion mixture, salt to taste and coriander leaves
  4. Using your hands, take about 1/2 cup of the meat into your palms and press into a ball.
