Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line your cake pans.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in passion fruit pulp and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with milk, mixing until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
How to Make the Icing:
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
2-3 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp passion fruit pulp
1 tsp vanilla extract
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing.
Stir in passion fruit pulp and vanilla extract until well combined.
Spread the icing evenly over the cooled cake layers.
